Special events have been planned for the deaf and hard of hearing, their families and friends! Spectacular entertainment, educational exhibits and interpreters for many of the park’s shows and services will make this a memorable day for all.

I personally know a Deaf person (capital "D", by the way), and I am sure she will be thrilled with this new event. She tells me that the Deaf community is immensely full of pride, and this event provides a great opportunity to share that pride. Plus, I can only imagine that visiting a theme park without the ability to hear can make the experience far more difficult, so I'm interested to see the accommodations that the park provides. I will try to attend this event if I can, because I am learning American Sign Language, and this seems like a fantastic chance for anybody to interact with the Deaf community.
I will say- the last line of the event's description is a little humorous. How exactly do they plan for a Deaf person to call the park?
