Please note that Colonial Williamsburg will pause its Historic Area programming from Jan. 3, 2017 through Jan. 27, 2017. We are making this announcement now so teams can adjust their plans accordingly. Below is additional information about for hospitality and museum programming.
Hotel schedules:
· Year-round open:
o Williamsburg Inn
o Williamsburg Lodge
o Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites
· Closed January
o Providence Inn, Building B. It depends on the renovation schedule at the Lodge. If the Lodge is under renovation, both buildings will be open.
· Closed January and February
o Colonial Houses, 22 rooms (29 percent of supply) were out Jan. 3 – March 16, 2016. In 2017, some rooms in Colonial Houses are anticipated to be closed through March 2, 2017.
o Governor’s Inn. Re-opens on March 2, 2017.
Continuing programs/retail during Winter 2017 hiatus:
· Limited carriage rides
· The Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg will remain during normal operating hours.
· Retail stores
· The Lodge will remain open during these times.
