Based on his public LinkedIn page, Clint hasn’t worked at Funland for 6+ months.
oh man that’s very unexpected. I hope he’s doing well. Clint seems like a super nice dude to meet.
I don't know the details but he seemed to be in a good place personally and professionally during Winterfest.
The buyout is what did it. FiveStar taking ownership was a great time to dip and do something different. He did a great job in turning that place around with the previous owner. He did well with the transformation of the new(er) Funland up in Fairfax.
I’d do the same thing. He left his mark. Found a job that allows him to travel and visit other FEC’s. Dude is living the life right now.
I really hope FiveStar doesn’t put a stop on Funlands growth. It was/is a great gem for NOVA. Lots of cool going on that Richmond and even the beach can’t compete with.
