The envelope doesn't necessarily look new, perhaps this is not a true teaser but either an enhancement to an existing ride or just some of the plans for the existing ride?

No, there’s a difference in the bumpers/lack of them. If you lookin the corner of the image, you can see a piece of the concept art for the millennium force plaza, specifically a small part of iron dragon. Maybe floorless trains on that ride? I could be completely wrong but it sounds sensible
