Yes you can -- IF comparing Senior Wild Pass to pay-per-ride with tickets. Senior only requires turning 65 in the same season and is $100; regular is $450 and I've heard of a resident pass around $300. All plus tax.
I used the equivalent of 119 tickets for 13 rides. A single ticket is 1.63 with tax, $92.06+tax=100 gets you 82 tickets in person or 90 online. They do have wristbands for $36-43 but they're only good until 7 PM. Nighttime at Morey's is a whole different experience. Also have heard of rides opening late.
After arriving I immediately went to the Great Nor'easter to see if lines would make this possible. Entered Guest Relations at 8:58, park closing at 11. To say I mismanaged my time earlier that day would be an understatement, I certainly can't recommend this, .75 mile of speedwalking ensued and barely had time to even look at any other of the very cool boardwalk attractions. Doo Wopper was closed but did manage 8 new credits on the Shore that day.
Great Nor'easter is very good. There was some pretty bad shuffling at 2 points during my row 4 ride. Front row is still great, feels like demons in the back pushing towards the end. And the view from the top of the lift over the ocean with wind blowing at night would be priceless even if the rest was a car crash. But that a SLC with the same old Arrow style wheel configuration can run like this is amazing. Not sure if this is still the best ride on the coast after Gale Force but it's still close. 4 rides total.
Runaway Tram was super smooth with 2 laps and a fast lift, good ride. Dante's Inferno was in good shape, possibly upgraded since my last ride ~25 years ago. Moving onto Mariner's Pier, skipped Sea Serpent as Boomerangs can make me sick and short on time. Also slightly hurried Ghost Ship but it was pretty good, looks crazy from in front. Rollie's Coaster, Galaxy-style, was pretty good except a very hard trim near the end. The SBF Visa spun a lot.
Great White was retracked this year but still has some very rough spots and limited air. Always did find it kind of "hard" riding with its steel supports and back row was worst. Still very enjoyable in that environment, 4 rides. Has Millennium Flyer trains but with odd high sides for clearance.
Finally rode the Tram. I don't know if you can usually get on and off at any spot but it was coming by empty so I hitched a ride and they took my $5 cash. Feet were screaming by that point, felt nicer than a limo. I parked at "cheap parking" just north of Mariner's for $10. "Public Parking" incl. street requires online payment and is $5.60 an hour or $120 per day, although could drive from pier to pier.
