I'm happy to announce that BuschGardensWiki.com has been reopened and is in the process of being rebuilt. As you may or may not be aware, the previous version was subjected to spam attacks to a level that made the site unrecoverable and it had to be scuttled. The new version is not your standard wiki as only registered and approved users will be able to edit entries.

My reason for opening the wiki to operate in this manner is because those that are interested enough to come and make legitimate edits are willing to login to do it, and the minor inconvenience of logging in will ensure the site will be able to continue to operate spam free and provide a reliable source for everything Busch Gardens in a familiar and usable format.

If you would like to help me in the creation of this site, please feel free to let me know here. You'll have to create an account in the wiki and I'll have to adjust your permissions to allow you to make edits.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Go ahead and create an account in the wiki, the link is in the upper right hand side, and I'll modify your permissions.
 
Everyone that has created an account thus far has been approved to begin making edits. I've started working on the help page in case anyone is unfamiliar with working with Wikis. It's a work in progress, and obviously information can be added.

If anyone has specific questions, feel free to ask me here.
 
All tours added. Will add more goodies as the weekend goes on. If you need more information on something specific, leave the area blank and PM me. If I'm able to, I'll dig up what's needed.

I started adding info on Apollo's Chariot and Griffon. I'll add more info later when I have time. If there's anything that needs additional info, just message me. I'm able to help with any area. :)
 
Nice to hear so many people helping out this time around. I'll work on the HoS history tomorrow or Sunday.
 
Put up some info on Alpengeist this morning. I also added the Coasters at Night info to the tours.
 
I finished putting up a section for HOS 2009, i put in a little section for fun facts if you know any feel free to add some, (i like those trivia type things). I tried really hard to word it in a proffesional way and make it look nice but please note that it was my first attempt at doing anything like this, and i assure you all i can do is learn more on how to use the tools at my disposal, please critique me and recomend changes that i will edit if Chris sees fit... also i appreciate any help you all will be able to give :blush:

*Note: I wanted to add the pictures for the mazes/sz/shows because i thought it would look cool but i couldnt find a tasteful/NOT tacky way of doing it...
