Build the Giga and adapt the boat ride concept to SeaWorld Orlando.
A giga coaster is just not what BGT needs right now... the park already has several large thrill coasters. The ride lineup outside of coasters and kiddie rides is honestly pretty lacking.
Honestly, I think there might be a decent chance that both of these rides end up at BGT. Cause the Giga won’t be in the Scorpion plot I’m certain about that.
I really really hope they go the boat ride route before adding a giga. They’ve added coaster after coaster for a decade now and really need to diversify their offerings and appeal before adding maybe the only coaster type they’re missing. The change in leadership and strategy gives me hope this may actually happen, too
Yeah I will always root for another giga being added to this world even if it’s at the expense of the park lol
Boat ride all the way. Even my GP friends felt during our visit last year that BGT felt incredibly one-note — coaster after coaster. The park has lost so many of its non-coaster and non-thrill rides over the years. A boat ride is exactly what this park needs.
Even then, I imagine we’ll have some sort of dark ride being added to this park in the near future too.
I honestly feel there’s a decent chance of both being added to the park within the future.
If you ask me, I feel this’ll end up being Boat Ride first, then the Giga
I'm curious if both are kind of set in the same area... there's the left over rhino rally area that the elephants didn't take and they can reroute the train.... and the serengetti flyer is literally in middle of nowhere. but i also wonder is that building congo river rapids... as there isn't really any building similar in the area... going from kumba out through the safari and back would be possible too...
2026 is a water ride allegedly so this is probably the 2027 project.
... water ride as in replacement / expansion for Stanly falls? or something else...
