Which, I can understand, but SandSerpent was down because Falcon’s fury was open. So, I find it hard to believe that they intend to close SandSerpent. Because, based on your phrasing, it’s because of staffing concerns. Just thinking out loud.

SandSerpent's been planned to go for at least a bit; staffing shortages due to Falcon's reopening were not anticipated. Personally, I believe they ultimately wish to keep Serpent open through the summer to assist with crowds, but I think these staffing factors could go against that plan.
I'm trying to make sense of a boomerang coaster. That would mean two low capacity shuttle coasters in one park.
There's a ton of space where Rhino Rally used to be that they could so a better full circuit family coaster by using the current Sand Serpent location at the station area.
This also brings about my absolutely biggest BGT grip I have. The Park Services building and parking being right in the middle of the park is just god awful. If I were in position to do this, I would move that out of there and start slowy reclaiming that land for park expansion.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!! A family style boomerang is not what this park needs. Standard needs to be so much higher with epic universe. Ive heard the 2025 rumor but how many times as a local do you visit the park and get rained on ?? I hope i speak for all when I say we're desperately crying for a dark ride. 4d theather just sitting there, Turn it up remix is the worst show ive ever seen in the moroccan palace. Couldn't agree more. Another coaster, especially another shuttle coaster, is absolutely the last thing this park needs. There isn't a single indoor ride in this entire park, and what few non-coaster rides remain are closed half the time. No one I know wants to go with me to BGT anymore--not even for free with my platinum pass--because they've written it off as "boring now, all they have is a bunch of roller coasters that are all the same." And they're honestly not even wrong.
This park's list of priorities should be as such:
1) dark ride
2) more and better entertainment offerings year-round
3) BGT hotel
4) more and better quick service restaurants and a sit-down restaurant
5) get the sky ride back in operation
6) revamp/replace Stanley Falls Flume
7) nighttime show year-round

I'm hearing SandSerpent will give it's final rides in the days following the July 4th holiday.
After the (slightly important but not involving guests) Cobra's Curse incident of last week, they might want another family coaster ASAP...
What was the incident?
Without being too specific, it was bad enough that Montu had to be closed for a brief period the morning after it to evaluate the damage of said incident.
Yawn. Be specific or don't "report" on it.

70 acres of Serengeti, but guests can only experience thru paid safari or 2mph train. They need to bring back a revamped version of Rhino Rally, to offer all guests a once in a lifetime view from a coaster. Rhino themed, family launch coaster??? Seaworld has Pipeline, give us a coaster unique to our park.
Did you forget that Cheetah Hunt, also a family launch coaster, exists there? The only coaster style I could see working like that would be an Intamin straddle coaster, but between Falcon’s Fury and Phoenix (both intamins) having extreme amounts of downtime, I wouldn’t bet on an Intamin coaster coming to the park anytime soon. Yes they have cheetah hunt, but 2/4 of their intamin rides were down more often than not… one of which already removed and other spends 90% of the season down.
BGTs Serengeti is what seperates it from any other park. Rhino Rally was a free ride that let every guest see the plain (not from the 2mph train). They need that experience back in the park. Rumor is Vekoma boomerang??... with all their options I hope they realize that's the last thing we need.
