Busch Gardens and Kings Dominion to join forces this summer

Did anyone else see this news article, This one was by WTVR 6 out of Richmond Va.
It talks about tourism in the area and that Busch and Kings Dominion will be joining forces some how.
The part that interested me was at the bottom "Details about what the partnership will mean for Virginia families this summer will officially be announced Tuesday, May 5."

Anybody have any Idea what this is about?
