It's offical, Busch Entertainment Corporation is changing their name to SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment. See the news on BGWFans.com, Theme Park Insider, or the Worlds of Discovery Blog.

This is a move I just don't understand. Why SeaWorld? The SeaWorld parks aren't their flagship parks, are they? How long is it until Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Tampa loose their names?

Worst of all, now we have to find a different abbreviation. SWP&E anyone? It has a ring to it...
