I thought it looked pretty tacky, but I don't hate it. As long as it's temporary, I think it'll be fine. Whatever they do, they better not let it leak into other areas of the park...

I think Forest of Fun looks tacky as well, but I don't really have a problem with it because it's in an isolated area of the park. Now if they put Sesame Street meet-and-greet in the middle of Festa, then I'd have a problem with it.

I'm hoping BGW doesn't get into the SixFlags/Cedar approach to theming by putting mainstream media all over the park.

They have Easter themeing all through the transition area between Rhinefield and Oktoberfest and inside of Der Marktplatz.
