The park has been hit with a $5.3 million lawsuit from a gropings incident that happened at Water Country back in 2008.

I haven't met any indians who think it is ok to molest preteens. does busch have insurance for things like this?

This is the first story I have heard with an International being the problem. I have heard more stories of internationals being put in uncomfortable situations with drunk guys...

This is a real hard situation for everyone involved. I fully understand the side of the victims here but at the same time I see what BGW/ WCUSA is saying when it comes to things like this. I know from personal experience the park goes over harassment during orientation so the Indian involved at least should've signed off on something saying he understood what he was told. As for him saying he didn't know that was wrong? That is complete BS. I worked with someone from India in 2008 who was extremely nice and was one of my friends during that summer. The internationals that travel over here from across the ocean aren't people from lower classes or the slums. Otherwise they wouldn't be able to afford to travel here and receive the opportunities they are given. Point is they don't come from bad parts of the world so behavior like this is unacceptable and to say "I didn't know it was wrong" like it's something they do all the time in India is flat placing the blame somewhere else when he knows full well what he did was wrong.

I bet the judge will order BG to institute Good Touch/Bad Touch training......oh boy. This is solely on the disturbed individual from India.

I also love lawsuits, in that they are always a monetary issue. The girls' lawyers are surely going to explain to the jury that they have not been able to live normal, happy lives after this tragic incident. And that the only way for them to get back to normal is to award them MILLIONS of dollars.

Why is Busch the one being sued? Why dont they sue Seaworld Parks & Entertainment?

The suit claims Busch failed to teach Agarwal "to refrain from molesting and sexually assaulting" park guests.

Don't some things go without saying? "Busch failed to teach <<insert name>> to refrain from purchasing bottle rockets and shooting them at the guests while wearing a speedo".

Thrown out in court.

Busch should not have to teach employees not to sexually assault guest. It is common sense. It does not matter what country you are from, most countries dont let people get by with doing things like this. Also, I think that the suit should be put on the person that did it and not Busch. It's not like they told him to do it.

Or people shouldn't file frivolous suits like this more than likely is. Worker accidentally bumped against the person. Person has a big head and thinks she's all that. Trying to get something for nothing. Story of America today.

When you work for a company you are under their protection when stuff like this happens.

The international students know Good Touch/Bad Touch. I have become very good friends with them over the past summer. They are not idiots. They don't have strange customs like touching people in their private areas. What I want to know is what was he doing that he had to touch them in that manner? That is what really matters. If he was helping them onto a raft, he could have easily done that by touching only their arms. So there is no excuse to touching their breasts or legs. Last time I checked, there is no place in the world where women allow strangers to just grab their breasts or genital areas.

I can see however that, they could have gone over this in orientation just as a review of basic society actions. You just don't touch someone like that. I think the international was trying to place blame on the park for not teaching him when, he already knew and just didn't want to get in major trouble.

We do Good Touch/Bad Touch training every year where I work and can see them making some small changes in the orientation for this coming season for everyone. I call this sexual harassment training and you guys just give me a new phrase to use when we do ours.
