I have one. Its great. Good weight. Feels nice and sturdy. I filled mine four times on Sunday.

One drawback: Don't fill it all the way with soda, or you'll end up with soda getting pushed out through the seal. Tightening isn't quite good enough. Airspace is needed for the carbonation.

It will set off the metal detectors, so be prepared.

I bought one, the bottle itself is quality, it seems. It took a while to get it activated at first, think it was the cashier's first time activating one.

No problem using it at any location since. I have had the top come a couple of times without meaning to, since the cap screws on and it only has a few threads, so it comes off quick.

Have you had to scan every time you get a drink? When I picked mine up I started peeling off all the stickers then realized there were two different barcodes so I wasn’t sure what the deal was

Just a heads up but every time my wife and I carried our insulated water bottles, they set off the metal detectors and then you are directed to the naughty line so they can search you. As soon as we put the insulated bottles down, they would say something like, "Oh, you have a metal water bottle; they won't make it past the metal detectors". It just slowed down the process. Especially when you had 3 or 4 strollers trying to get through in front of you.

My dad and I went yesterday with two of them, one for me and one for him, and neither of them set off the metal detectors. Maybe we just got lucky?

That makes me want to get on my soapbox again of BGW's entrance is WAY too small.

It is quite likely that the metal detectors alarm threshold was altered to reduce the number of nuisance alarms.

I think so. We were able to enter Water Country this weekend with water bottles that usually set off the detectors.

Anyone get the one from SeaWorld yet? I was wondering if you could buy inside the park to save the extra processing fees you have to pay online.

I couldn’t get BGW to apply my Passmember discount in-person, they said it could only be used online, so that looks like the cheaper way to go even with the processing fee. I will say that I bring a cinch bag to conceal mine during rides as I’ve seen a few FB posts where people have said theirs were stolen from bins.
