We live 2 hours North of BGT and bought FunCards for 2018. Our first day trip is planned for Tuesday, 1/9. Will foreign crowds be done with their holiday traveling, then? We plan to visit once or twice a month while kids are in public school, avoiding times like Spring Break and Summer.

I'm not sure about BGT but I'm down in Orlando right now for the week and there are tons of South Americans here on vacation. Keep in mind, that our winter is their summer break so many of them travel up here this time of year. I spent New Years Eve at Downtown Disney and went shopping yesterday at Mall at Millenia in Orlando (it was packed with tourists) and all I heard spoken was Portuguese as there is a huge influx of Brazilian visitors in the area right now. And they'll be visiting for most of the month of January and early February. As far as them heading over to BGT and keeping that park busy, I really can't say.

We are specifically going after the 6th because their Christmas holidays include Epiphany (Three Kings Day). The hope is after that it will be far less.

Because of the park's location an hour from Orlando and thanks to the Blackfish controversy, BGT doesn't really get the crowds Disney and Uni get outside of a few select weeks for special events. I've gone to the park about 8 times last year and the park has only been packed half of those visits.

During Hell week in spring when all the parks in Florida were extremely crowded
Howl O Scream after the park reopened. Park was super slow in the morning though.
Christmas Town Saturdays on both visits.

Every other time its been relatively slow.

not for nothing, but 8 visits does not seem like a large enough sample to establish a significant baseline.
