I am considering making a day trip to Busch Gardens Williamsburg tomorrow - anyone have intel on what rides may be closed? I have seen that Alpengeist has been closed and will likely be closed tomorrow, but have seen conflicting reports on Darkoaster, Loch Ness Monster, and Escape from Pompeii. Anyone have insights?

The best source is going to be the park's site, here:

There are reports that DarKoaster has been operating outside of those advertised days, but don't count on anything that's listed as closed on the page above.

We are considering going to BGW on Tuesday June 4th. We have season passes but rarely get down on a weekday, and our friends who are coming are just buying day passes. Before we go, I was hoping for some intel on how the park operates on an early summer weekday before most schools are out.

Are all the prime rides generally open?
Are they well-staffed?
Do you think it will be overrun with school trips? (this happened to my daughter at Hershey Park a couple of weeks back)
I've been there on days where the crowds were not large but the lines were long because they were running fewer trains on some of the key coasters. Is that something to worry about?

I really appreciate any insights from the forum. Thanks!

Coasters should all be up and running with only moderate ride lines the water rides might be closed but other then that I would expect pretty much everything open and not to have more then a couple ride cycle waits.
