What I’m getting from this is Tassie’s Twisters and Loggerhead Lane are on the chopping block
Loggerhead Lane is most likely staying, lazy rivers are always super popular. It's probably closed for construction work. Tassie Twisters is a goner though.

Anyone think that aquatica could see something like cutback built? Seeing as how much of a hit that cutback has been for water country.

Water coasters take up a lot of space, which Aquatica is lacking. They would either have to get very creative with the layout or use it as the centerpiece of an expansion out of their current square of space.

Also can we fix the spelling of Aquatica in the title please?

They could do like Dreamworks Waterpark and have it run around the border of the park. Toothless’ Trickling Torpedo goes around the entire outside edge of the park. I know the park was designed that way, but it’s an idea.

The thing with water slides is, they don’t have as long of a lifespan as rollercoasters, especially in Florida where it’s open year round. San Antonio for example can preform maintenance on the fiberglass when the park is closed. My guess is this isn’t a full replacement but rather a remodel of the aging structure and slide like Dolphin Plunge was

With the "water is swirling" tagline, I think a Tassie's Twisters overhaul sounds likely. Presumably the change will involve a pretty marketable alteration though given how early AQO started teasing it.
I’m thinking the same thing. However, I don’t know how they’ll do it without completely tearing out the slides and rebuilding them. But crazier things have happened
