Can't wait till Year Round operation comes to Water Country
Guess the year around plan didn't work out, the park is closed for the season until March.
Not shocking at all. That said, despite the idea being a little crazy, I have some respect for the company for taking the risk and investing the capital to experiment with opening the water park year round. This one didn’t pan out, but props to them for having the balls to test the market.
Given how often Volcano Bay and the Disney water parks have had to close for weather this winter, I think they may have just been really unlucky in their timing.
