2018 Park Changes and Projects

I didn't see a thread for new projects for 2018. So I started one.
I noticed on the James City County Casetrak site today that VHB has made submittal for modifications for something called "Brady's Kiosk".

Any idea what "Brady's Kiosk" is?

Brady’s is the small snack stand that sells Churros, Pretzels, ETC in Irelend that backs up to the bathrooms near Castle O’Sullivan.

My last name is Brady and was very disappointed to see that they took "Brady's" off the kiosk this year, hopefully this is a sign it is returning. I hope frozen dirty shirleys are also returning

Three new permits have popped up :

1. Concerning Brady’s again this one says expand existing stand new roof and support columns

2. Concerning what is mentioned to be the Oktoberfest turkey leg stand also to expand existing stand new roof and support columns

3. Modify existing England candy shop to include : wait for it ......

Donuts in England make sense. A lot of people associate them with breakfast and morning food having them close to the gate just made logical sense.

I bet the inventor was a cousin of Gerta or Pierre Les Frites.

The O'Brady's expansion seems to be progressing well. The temporary structure to the right of the original booth has been replaced with a new, permanent, wood-framed one. This new addition is quite a bit larger than the old temporary one it is replacing.

As for the new Oktoberfest construction, it's a permanent food booth going in where the India Food & Wine Festival booth was last year.
