So I guess if they have a pass member preview day it will be on the 19th, which I assume they will since the 25th is on a Friday.
Also, they said that the week after the 25th will be Spring break, I wonder if they will be open for only one week again, considering BGW will be open for 3. But I guess KD has different rules when it comes to that.

Only one week for spring break again this year. KD is not really the tourist destination that the Williamsburg area is so they stay to the schedule of their local schools. There just is not enough to drive doing anything else. I doubt they will have a pass member's day this year if they did it would be the same weekend as BG opening. Also I see nothing in the schedule which is on their website that hints at one. But at least a few people asked about it on FB so hopefully we will see a definite answer soon.Matthew said:

I just find it odd they would make opening day a Friday if they weren't having a pass member preview the weekend before. I find opening on a Friday with no prerequisite to be inconsiderate to people who want to make it out on the first day of operation, preferably at rope drop, but have other obligations like I don't know, work or school(I don't take missing school lightly, so I probably wouldn't be able to make it at all if I wanted to go). KD did pass member preview on a Saturday last year, and opened the day after, which I thought was a great way to do it. Anyway, I would be dissapointed if KD didn't do a pass member preview the Saturday before, which would mean I wouldn't even have the opportunity to make it out on the first day of operation.

I believe the park is trying to accommodate those school systems who have the week before Easter off for vacation. Even though it is not feasible for them to stay open that whole week before, they are at least giving those folks, who do not want to visit or cannot visit that first weekend, a chance to come Friday.
