    Project 2021: Pantheon

That's all just decorations though. Easily enough for the park to change it out.

ZeitMaschine: Clock-Themed Zamperla NebulaZ in Rhinefeld

    I love this idea.

    Project 2021: Pantheon

You should never trust most park employees to be correct or knowledgeable about what's going on with rides and stuff. They notoriously don't know what they are talking about. While the source is questionable, I can confirm that there aren't any issues with the 1st launch and the switch track...

    Project 2021: Pantheon

It's not ready yet, and you are probably right that they would get some people to pay for it. But there are a number of problems. First, anyone that they sell this specific upcharge to would have to be taken into account for their capacity restriction. Let's say that they get 1000 people to pay...

The new mobile app should be awesome. I've heard some rumors about what it'll be able to do and if SEAS can deliver on it then it won't just be an improvement over their current app but might be the best app in the industry.

I agree, but I do think that we would have heard something if they were cancelling this investment strategy. By not saying anything, I think they are signaling that they will continue to do so in the future

    Project 2021: Pantheon

I actually think the crane was there for some unrelated work in festa. It might have had something to with Pantheon but it doesn't seem to be bad news from what I am hearing. I really doubt it. Especially with the recent shift to anticipated opening 2021 from opening 2021. They are going to...

That's my understanding from what I've heard. I wonder why they won't comment on it? Maybe they don't want to commit either way until it's clear when they will be opening 2020 attractions.

    2021 St. Patrick's Day Celebration

I would expect to see reservations for a while into the reopening. SWO and BGT both don't have any capacity restrictions and both still have reservations. My guess is that they will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Project 2022/2023 (?): Festhaus Park Giga Coaster

I do like the general idea, but I think that is probably too far from where the height waiver is for it to happen.

Project 2022/2023 (?): Festhaus Park Giga Coaster

I think it was said a few pages back, but the park already had RPA waivers approved to build extensive footers in the RPA buffer. I definitely think that they will be able to adjust their RPA filings to account for a new layout. This is an excellent point and could certainly happen. I think...

    COVID-19’s Impacts on BGW

There is also the fact that there have been no known outbreaks linked to visiting theme parks. In locations that have had theme parks open, there has also been no noticable increase in cases that can be attributed to theme parks operations. In Florida, they have been open since last June and...

    News Quarterly Financial Results

What a great day to hop back in. I've been sick the past week and haven't done anything beyond watching movies, but this is great news. SEAS really has been doing good lately and while there are definitely issues, I think it's hard to argue that they've worked and gotten themselves rather...

Project 2022/2023 (?): Festhaus Park Giga Coaster

I would expect the park to file for an extension of the original one. This would later be amended when it's necessary. But my guess is at this stage it's just easier to extend. It's also possible that FAA had just automatically extended these waivers due to Covid. If they move it significantly...

Project 2022/2023 (?): Festhaus Park Giga Coaster

There was already a large amount of soil testing performed so they might not need to do much.

    Year-Round Operations Come to BGW

I think indoor shows would definitely be on the table next year if they are allowed to use indoor theaters.

    Project 2021: Pantheon

I wish I had a specific number but I don't have one. I just know that the current restrictions aren't high enough. My guess would be somewhere in the 10,000-12,000 range. But that's just a guess.

    Project 2021: Pantheon

Could you imagine the outrage, if BGW did that? But also I think you would find that BGW would make more money off of it by being open and getting people to spend $90 on a single day ticket and then buy food while at the park.

    Project 2021: Pantheon

I'm pretty sure that the current restrictions actually exclude the park from using theaters in capacity calculations.

What Will Be the Next Coaster Removed From BGW?

Honestly, I think that SEAS would go broke running LNM before they ever decided to get rid of it. The park sees LNM as way to iconic to even consider it going away. Could we see a refurbishment where they fix some footers and portions of the track get replaced? For sure, but I would put money on...
