* Rumored Zagora Café Renovation*

As you all know, Busch Gardens Tampa's largest restaurant, The Pantopia Grill, is currently undergoing an extensive renovation that will span until early this summer. Being the first source to break the exclusive Pantopia Grill renovation blueprints, we were recently informed of a potential renovation on BGT's existing Zagora Café located near the park entrance.

The Zagora Café should remain open during the coming months, mainly to facilitate higher guests traffic due to the Pantopia Grill's closure. However, we could see the Zagora Café close for this rumored renovation as soon as the Pantopia Grill re-opens in the early summer. Not many details have been released regarding the rumored renovation, however they should be emerging quite soon.  

While the park hasn't announced anything official, be sure to check back with this thread as more information becomes available on BGT's rumored Zagora Café renovation!

Blueprints Uncovered In Zagora Café Renovation​

As speculated earlier, the Zagora Café at BGT will very likely be getting a renovation according to the following blueprints.

Transforming into the "Zagora Marketplace", the existing Zagora Café will transform into the parks newest and largest quick service snack stand. The Zagora Marketplace will feature all of your favorite theme park snacks including Popcorn, Assorted Chips, Freshly Baked Cookies, Assorted Candies, Churros, Pretzels, Icee's, and Assorted Soft Drinks featuring Coke Freestyle Machines!

I saw a few executives standing in front of the cafe for a good while during Christmas Town. I guess I know why now. To be honest, the existing exterior structure looks nice, but the interior is almost depressing. I hope this will make it look less like a mall food-court.

Pending further investigation, I've concluded that the Zagora Café will in fact not receive a renovation according to the files I've examined.

Rest assured, the adjacent Zagora Popcorn Stand located to the right of the steps leading to the patio area will however receive a renovation. After the renovation is complete, the Snack Stand will likely resemble the one near the entrance to Pantopia from the Jungala side entrance.
