All I really hope here is that the park puts that large space to truly great use, justifying the lost opportunity to put the land to other uses in the future. The plot has been sitting there, useful for animals etc. but unused as a footprint for regular-season guest-facing attractions, since the park opened. To burn that much space, in that highly adjacent location, for a gimmick ride would be a total shame.

Could there be another hamlet under the new ride someday, or something like that? Dual use of the space? Maybe. I know of no reason to pointedly expect that, though. Seems like this big ride may (may!) be it. I worry about the outcome in which the space is now essentially unusable for much else in the future, yet the ride that goes in feels a bit "less than."

SeaWorld is allegedly spending $150 million in 2020 on new attractions at their parks. I think that means that they are going to spend big on this ride, so except something cool at least.

Given where we are in the process and that we're dealing with leaks, I'm not too worried about completely reconciling the data points yet. WildGravityTravels' data doesn't negate what we know, and hasn't fully developed yet. The max speed in particular seems like it may be incorrect, or is for another drop, or maybe an intentional fingerprint, or maybe the max height isn't simply the top of a drop to the Rhine...

Point is I'm taking all of these data, even if reliable, within a range of sorts, as I expect it to change and/or involve different design approaches that may help reconcile it. My gut is that we're not dealing with a straight-forward giga design, and we'll see multiple launches, new-for-BGW elements like top hats, etc. I've refrained from speculating much with comparatives as I've struggled with how plausible things seem to either reconcile with the data we have and/or stretch current designs much further in order to fit. Perhaps Wild's data, if it ends up having credibility, will help narrow down the options...

I can see them going with Intamin for a traditional giga tbh as they’ve seemed to grasp that well but if it is some wild multi launch then they may go with Mack S&S or even Gerst.

Although their LSM launchers don’t seem to be having problems.

Yeah, %50 of intamin gigas have opened without major issues.

I was trying to figure out how I wanted to word my thoughts on the new prediction and settled on the following. I'm going to be disappointed if Busch somehow manages to screw this up. A giga is already cool enough. It doesn't need any gimmick. Give me a Millennium Force or give me Red Force (honestly I'd rather have a 100mph+ accelerator type coaster). I really hope it ends up as one of those two options.

Red Force is a lame option. It’s a one trick pony.

Yes, but it's such a good trick haha.

While I have a soft spot for accelerators, I do think Busch having a 100mph+ ride would actually be more of a draw and differentiate it from the other gigas that have been built recently. Plus a dive to the river and maybe a helix or two a la Xcelerator and you've got yourself a several-trick pony! In all seriousness, I realize an accelerator is unlikely, but I really just want the ride to not be "atypical." Utilize the height and speed to their fullest potential, and it'll be golden. Have a 300 foot ride that somehow only gets to 76mph because they decide to make it some "world's first" will be, again, disappointing.

And no this should have an actual layout with airtime and laterals rather than just a couple helixes.

Having a smaller version of Ka is dull compared to I305, Skyrush, Fury, Steel Vengeance, etc.

Maybe a small version of Kinda Ka PLUS some other elements to make it a nice ride like Xcelerator would be cool.
