Attraction Mystic Timbers

I am very excited to ride this when I visit KI in the coming weeks. For the FIRST time! I remember reading the Guinness book of world records when I was a boy, and dreaming of riding a wooden coaster in there called The Beast. My time has come. Mystic Timbers is next on my list of priorities behind Beast. I rode InvadR at BG today and from what I can tell, MT is just like it, only taller, longer, and faster! I am really stoked about my visit coming up and I'll certainly be taking notes for comparisons.

I know someone who's ridden both and from what they say, MT is way more intense than InvadR. And the night rides are insane.

I will definitely be night riding both MT and Beast! I have daytime classes in Florence for a week and will be at KI in the afternoon/evening all week as well.

Well, not taking away any greatness from invadr, this thing simply blows it away. It's just much taller, faster, and longer. It has the exact same feel, just less compact. This thing is wicked fast with a couple of the best wooden coaster airtime hills I've ever experienced. The shed was better than I expected and I'll leave it a mystery as far as this post goes. I only waited 40 minutes for my ride and I'll be trying it once more when the sun goes down. There is an ERT tonight for an hour after park closing.
