Heck, I didnt even know I could have still got the lanyard. We got the ornament about a week ago. I will leave my opinion of it out but we bought something at another shop and since they gave us a huge bag for those two ornamnets we said we would put the other purchase in the same bag. The lady saw the ornamnet and said thay she had heard they were tacky but had yet to see one herself. It reminds me of a girl scout cookiepainted green.....I couldnt help it.
 
There is really no need to debate people's memories. It is all here in black and white (1s and 0s?). A membership lounge was literally the first suggestion in the first post (by @Zachary) answering the park request I shared. If you scan the thread, it was a wildly popular and often repeated idea. I have no idea how anyone could conclude that it was hated by everyone.

Anyways, I think they need to make it a 'guarantee' that it will be available, by either putting out the dates (maybe they purposely pick slower days) ahead, or guarantee it will be there in a certain month. I remember the one year they did stuff using the Coke sponsored stand, why not do something like that for these items? A card only stand (if you need to pay for it) that you can buy these items at would work.

And I get they want you to show up in the park, but I still think at certain membership levels it needs to be included for free and either mailed or pickup options. If I'm going to spend as much as they want me to for the membership level I want, they should include this stuff for free. And if it's free, I shouldn't need to jump through hoops to get it.

I would think a couple member only toll plaza lanes (depending on day/time etc) would save more time than a member only England lot gate (as that would only benefit the people in 1 specific parking lot...)

Yep cause we never see anyone with a shopping cart full of items trying to go through a 15 item or less line at the store. Yep those sign will wo
 
Kings Island has member-only toll lanes and it worked fine every time I visited. There was ample signage to make it clear what it was.
 
Ok, I dont know which thread it was in but it was discussing a lounge or club for members in Darkastle. There were quite a few replies and comments that is was a dumb idea, and no one would use it or want it.
 
Has anyone had issues using the employee entrance with the now "old" premier membership (from last March) during Christmastown? We haven't been since Hallowscream and are planning to go tomorrow.
 
Especially since we were old Sunday they were out of ornaments when we tried to redeem our vouchers.

While I would love to see DarKastle used for something better, I think a member lounge there would be cool until they can do something greater. Imagine having refreshments in a DarKastle dining room. Now, I would go for that. COS would be nice too, as others have said.
