To be fair to the park, the promotional email makes it pretty clear how to redeem benefits. I have no idea how well it's spelled out anywhere else.

That’s great. The issue is that I did not see that published anywhere until this past Monday, after we got back from the park, which was after the second weekend of F&W. This is why I am bitter, it wasn’t advertised on HOW to redeem the offers. I should have though about the kiosks since we live in a kiosk world now, but I didn’t and the park hasn’t advertised it as such until this week.

Just a quick update...I went yesterday and used the kiosk located right next to the entrance turnstiles. One of the kiosks was down but the other one worked great! Got our rewards from all three of our member passes.

I just want to make sure I understand the free single use quick queue reward this month. Is it 2 a visit (similar to the 1 free food and wine) or is 2 for the whole month? I'll be there next week but I also will be there the 30th and I want to save it for a busy Saturday if I only get them once. Anyone able to clarify?

According to the email I got from BG yesterday it is 1 per pass, per visit. That would mean every time you go to F&W you are eligible for one voucher per pass, per visit/day.

The QQ's themselves have the rides you can use them on and it says it is good till the end of June. So two pass holders got four Quick Queues which is about $120 savings...this was a nice surprise.

Yes single ride...but at $30 each x 4 = $120 savings for us.

Got & used our F&W vouchers at the kiosk B site. It took 3 tries with my wife's but eventually it worked. Can confirm that it is printed right on the voucher that it is good for THAT DAY ONLY. In our case, today.

Not sure where to post this but the 40 cent beer at the Festhaus is 7 oz. of Coors Light only.

This might be a dumb question, but is it on tap or a super small can?

My husband and I went today. We could only redeem our F&W one free item benefit at guest relations. The zone B kiosk did not work for us....

I’m not sure what the zone is, but I went on 6/16 and the kiosk that’s to the right of the ticket entrance worked for me getting our free food vouchers.

The Coors Light is on tap. Just a 7 oz. plastic cup. I heard a couple of weeks ago it was Rolling Rock. This past Sunday it was Coors Light. I guess they change up but I haven't seen anything other than Coors Light.

I went to the one in Tampa on Monday, and I have the highest level of membership. I went to the Williamsburg one earlier in the month to get the new membership card, and no picture was taken. Tampa took my picture upon entry. No big deal, but I found it interesting. I have not been to the Tampa location before.

all the parks do this when you get a membership or annual pass, you only get your picture taken the first time you actually use the card at the turnstiles

im guessing you redeemed the voucher and then left, if you used your card in williamsburg, then they would've taken your picture there at the turnstiles

Yeah then they're only giving $5 Busch bucks instead of free item passes. Not really complaining because that makes most items either free or really cheap but that's not what is advertised.
