We are hearing the 40 Years of Fun: The Story of Busch Gardens Williamsburg documentary looks pretty cool and has lots of old footage. It seems there was a employee preview of some sorts. Also, they may be selling copies at some time.

Isn't Le Mans... you know... French?
Well yes, but it featured cars from countries such as Italy, France, England, ETC so I imagine they had an Italian car in the best condition, repaired it and put it in the respective country. (I imagine fans would be angered if it was placed in France, see France flag in Italy for reference)

for a special event, not likely to stay put

To add, hearing refurbished Lemans cars could be added to items on display. Possibly one of the old street bands might reappear, also.

Just part of the 40th. The car was still around from the Illuminights parade. Regardless of the car being on display or not, I hope they will continue to take care of it. I also heard mumblings of a Big Bad Wolf car on display. I've no idea where that stands now.

That, was, beautiful. A few tears may have flown while watching that. I'm still holding out that they have footage of any variation of the Haunted Railway.

Contrary to what it may seem, I still love the park. This trailer reminded me of that.

That was beautiful.

If the actual documentary is anywhere near as well done it will be money well spent.

Soooooo.....will they have an 'original Festhaus Stage' piece on display???  /end sarcasm, lament and plenty of grumpitude/angst.  Cancel that.  Just /end sarcasm :/

^I was really hoping that the stage would make a modified return this year. I believe it's possible. It would probably cost way too much for a show style that the park obviously is not serious about.
