I do wish the park had a true full service location. I never considered Bistro to be anything close to one, side dishes in the same styrafoam bowls as you get at the quick service locations dont cut it. The seating area was the same crummy seating as it had been for years and the one and only time we tried it had to basically be the waitstaff as well. If we needed condiments or anything no one ever came to check on us we had to go find it ourselves. The day we were there they were also allowing people to bring in food from the Smokehouse. It was a once and done for me. I truely miss the chicken place that was there with the LeMans cars...that was in my opinion the absolute worst decision in park history.
I would however fully support a reasonably priced full service table location. Could you imaging a Busch Gardens themed Olive Garden type location in Italy where the buffet was or a true pub serving fish and chips in England? Allow reservations so you could plan for trips like HOS or 4th of July.

If they ever put in another full service restaurant, I’d, personally, want something of the caliber and culinary creativity of Skippers or Mythos.
Agreed 100%. I would also like it to highlight signature dishes from various European countries and not focus on just one locality. Grab and go can pull off most simple stereotypical foods (Fish and Chips, Pizza, Potatoes). But to pull off stuff like Tapas, Paella, Pelmeni's, and stuff like that....a full service restaurant would be a huge pull for the park.

As far as full service goes, Italian is probably the easiest to pull off. I would say it would be a good change if they hadn't of just done the Marco Polo's reno

I would want any full service restaurant to have a variety of dishes that represents all the countries in the park. There may be higher quality versions of dishes already in the park, but limiting such a wealth of potential dishes to only one country seems like wasted potential.

I agree. They should open an IHOP - International House of Park (food)

I'd prefer not to.

Edit: Love the idea of a full-service spot, though.
That was probably a bad refrence on my part, what I meant was we dont want anything on the Ruth Cris level but need something better than a Waffle House. Something in between, Outback level.

i don't know if they still do, but i ate at a full service restaurant (that i remember being good) at BGT a couple years ago. i remember, it had a wall of glass windows that overlooked wildlife/palm trees/plants/etc. it would be nice if they had an equivalent at BGE.
