Doesn't matter I know someone who was over the legal limit had no ride home but was trying to make the right call. Didn't drive but since it was cold out turned on the car and then layed down on the back seat. The cops found him and charged him with DUI despite the officers statement that he was sleeping in the back seat. His lawyer told him that they had enough to convict and to plead out to avoid a stiffer sentence which he did.

If the keys are in the passenger compartment they can get you. Put them in the trunk, truck bed or whever and if you have a key fob and push button ignition put them in a rfid blocker somewhere out of the passenger compartment. If they can push the igniton and it starts your screwed.

It looks okay. Basically white with the Brauhaus logo in blue. I guess the biggest thing is it is still the same size as before. The metal top has the BGW logo incorporated into it. As of 1:30 last Saturday they had new memberships available. I understand they have increased the number of memberships to 600 now. $120 for new membership.

Did they even sell out last season? I remember seeing something mid to late summer still advertising them.

What size and construction are the steins? I really like the metal ones that SeaWorld got. Overall though it seems that they really are charging a lot up there for you guys. Also it’d be cool to know if they give you the discount on the refill or allow you to fill at the food and wine booths when that happens.

Any members on the forums here?

The steins are ceramic with a metal lid. I believe they are a pint. If I recall correctly you can use your Stein or your pint glass (from grogans) at either location and at any Bier Fest location during that event but they are not fillable during F&W. The sizes of the F&W beers are typically 12 oz so they would not fit in the glass.

As far as the price when the program started here in 2016 they were priced at a similar price to Orlando. The program has proven to be very popular. As evidenced by the fact that they have sold out of memberships every year and the creation of the Grogans pint club. I would expect to see similar price increases at Orlando if it proves popular.

Front picture of the Stein. As stated before there's a metal lid with a motif on top. Bottom is labeled with Stein #. Very decorative and has good weight. Haven't tried to fill it elsewhere yet. Only had the free initial fill and a $5 refill (actually $5.55) in the Bier room.

Just when you think you've seen it all.....something else comes along! Was in the Brauhaus today and Oakie called a guys name for a pretzel. By the time he got to the counter to pick it up a woman had taken the pretzel and headed straight for the door! Some people never cease to amaze me!

I'm looking into signing my girlfriend and myself up for the Stein Club for her birthday. She typically opts for Golden Monkey when we are at the park, and that got me thinking; how do they treat beers like those? They are normally smaller pours/cups, and would the stein make a difference here? Do they do a shorter pour, or can you not get certain beers at the Brauhaus and Grogan's in them?

Good question.

I had a couple of regular pour Golden Monkeys and then immediately went on VB a couple of years ago.

The Black Forest was extra spinny. Do not recommend.
