The 60s overlay looks like a tween girl's bedroom on steroids.

You know now that i think about it i think BGW may have stolen some of the decoration from my nieces room.

I dont mind the flags either but i really liked the way it was. I like the old feel of it. I miss the old feel of it. I like colors but i want them in their proper place not in the middle of an area that is designed to be an older time.

I really love the regular Banbury Cross. Aside from Rhinefeld, it's the only area left in the park that gives me an unadulterated feeling of "The Old Country"(not that the other areas are bad). With the lack of positive reception to London Rocks, in spite of the overhauls, I think they should quit promoting a general embarrassment to the park.

This area should do just as good (if not better) a job of setting the excitement for the rest of the park as Ripper Row. Most people love the idea of a place they can't go to(old England) in real life, versus a place they can find in a record shop or hookah bar(psychedelic swag).

I actually have always wanted to go to england, maybe that is why i love the original Banbury Cross. I always felt like it was walking into history and id rather have that then walking into walmart's home decor aisle(hence the bad colors lol ). And i agree if a show wasnt a hit for the park why keep promoting it? Now if they want to promote a show like Celtic Fyre, that actually brought in good reviews i say go for it. Just dont change a good solid area into a mess based around a show im not sure anyone liked.

Well after spending some time after some initial curiosity in Banbury, I can officially and gladly confirm that the Banbury Cross soundtrack has been ridded of all LR soundtrack material and is back to its pre-2014 self. Yes, this has actually changed in the time between today and pass member day. I don't know why they changed it, and I suppose there is a possibility that the LR material may return when it opens in May, but hopefully it will stay the same. Now the park needs to execute this reversion in San Marco, to save all of our bleeding ears from the trash they are playing currently.

Disclaimer: This is NOT an April Fool's joke. Although, could it be the park's April Fool's joke??? (I doubt it)

I'm sorry to say that the London Rocks music is back in Banbury Cross. They were mixing every other classical song with the Beatles, Petula Clark, etc. I guess they just turned the British pop music off until London Rocks started back up for the season. :(

I entered the park while they were playing the regular Banbury music and I thought to myself "It makes me so happy to hear this music!" Then that stuff started playing. I just sighed and kept on walking.

Why must they play music to go along with a show that never has worked and never will work? It makes no sense to me.

Here's a question to those who take pictures a lot: Is there any photos of the Globe Theater on the inside? Not just the lobby and auditorium, but the backstage area that was recently renovated in 2014.
