Not sure where to post this: what coasters or rides are on the chopping block? I know I've heard Batwing (due to Vekoma I believe), & ROAR (with ROAR being RMC'd) for quite some time now. Now I'm hearing possibly The Mind Eraser or The Wild One leaving? None of this info is coming from employees or anything, but a bit concerning, or are these just baseless rumors?

I would say that all those but Wild One are possibilities. The park has taken great of Wild One and there was some more noticeable fresh work on off season on it when I visited last week. Add that to the Ace heritage status that it received recently and I find it highly doubt that it's going in place. That said I think that with Covid any removal is probably at least 2 years off at this point.

Good point about that Ace heritage status. Didn't think about that. Thanks a ton for the response. With that in mind I suppose that Roar, Batwing, & Mind Eraser are going to be at the top of our list for multiple rides now in the case any of them get "Volcano-ed"/removed without any heads up!

I think they'll keep them running as long as practical. As Batwing probably can't be kept going long enough to absorb the cost of RMC Roar first, that probably won't happen, but of course Roar can be maintained indefinitely.

One thing is I doubt we'll see any more SLC upgrades or relocations from here on, they're reaching too old an age to justify it. I would be great to see SFA get the first New Vekoma/S&S type coaster in the area.

Let’s put that post in the chopping block ^

Edit: Wasn’t referring to R757Chans post. There was a very interesting spam post posted 4 minutes before my post that has since been removed.
