You're right... nobody has ever hit a goose on Superman. Most likely because geese know better than to go to SFA.

Somebody was thrown out on the Superman model at Darien Lake, but then again they didn't have a set of legs and Intamin requires legs on their coasters. It's definitely a sad story in the Themepark industry, after the incident Intamin started frequently using leg restraints on coasters with lap bars.

Actually, the restraint changes came after the accident at Six Flags New England not as a result of the accident at Darien Lake. I'm pretty sure but not certain it was part of the lawsuit settlement or the agreement with the state to let the ride reopen.
