So many places this could go. Killarney, Shrubbery, and here. This is where we are talking about it now so...Killarney's culling is more extensive than some may have noticed.

After:

(Thanks to Alf33 for that last one.)

At least they did a little to the thatch roofs, since full-on repair looks unlikely.

Wisdom from a mug ~ In the time before airlines & electricity, the countries of medieval Europe developed distinctive styles architecture suited to their regions. Traditions & culture grew separately as well. The diverse heritage of many Americans is celebrated here in Busch Gardens at Williamsburg.

While they may have gone to far in some spots I think over all its a bit if an improvement. I know it's hard to compare winter to spring pics in the landscaping area but the winter ones looked kind of over grown and in kept while the current feel is more understated and let's the buildings stick out more. But that is just my 2 cents for what it's worth.

I agree - let's see what it looks like in the spring.  But there were times last year where I did feel like things had gotten a wee bit too overgrown... especially around Grogran's Grill O'Tator's.

2 words.... Virginia Creeper. I hate the stuff. It can not be stopped. It is, I believe the concentrated pain and sorrow of all the world. In some realms they call it Garmonbozia...
