Yet another closure is coming to Universal Orlando, and this time Terminator 2: 3D is on the chopping block. Although this is certainly not the best show at the resort, it will be missed.(at least by me)

What "live action experience based on a high energy Universal Franchise" do you think will replace T2:3D
It's certainly iconic, but it hasn't aged particularly well.

They're probably going to do something dumb like the "Dark Universe" thing they tried to start with that crappy Mummy remake.

a new dark ride?
I would think another show might be going in there. I am very surprised though that Fear Factor Live is not leaving first.

With this being the last year of Bill and Ted's Excellent Halloween Adventure which uses the Fear Factor Live stage I have a feeling Universal may have some more Magic up their sleeve.
I went to universal today in hopes of seeing the last showing of T2:3D. But by the time I got their the last show was already completely full. which was a bummer. Although, as I waited by the exit for the show to end. I could hear the excitement inside the theater as the show ended. then, when the exit doors opened up, We were allowed to enter the theater and take pictures as the actors took a bow. Also, we could take the 3D glasses home with us!
All in all, it was a exciting but sad day.
